BRAVE WARRIORS

Like the ancient warriors
They have rolled out their war drums
Like the ancient Spartan warriors
Playing it so hard
Like the ancient African warriors
Dancing so vigorously
Ready to strike
Their fierce voice thundering
Sounding ready to attack
Sharpening their weapon
Against their supposed enemies
We sat in our little corner
Under our shades
Wondering, at war with who
The true warriors
Are long gone
The warring elephants have shaken hands
The tables have been long served
Everyone one is singing and dancing the victory song
Someone please go and tell them
The battle is long over
We have sheathed our sword
Please tell them
The loudest won’t always win the fight
The brave does
